PC requirements for scanning with ScanItDental in Dental System 2019 and above
09/11/2023Starting with Dental System 2019, ScanItDental relies more heavily on PC hardware resources than previous Dental System releases. This is due to updated tracking algorithms and improved scanning performance.
If the graphics card (GPU) does not meet the requirements or is not configured correctly, scanning errors, reduced performance, or instability may occur. Before upgrading to Dental System 2019 or later, verify that the workstation meets the recommended hardware specifications.
For the latest hardware requirements, consult the current PC catalog available through your reseller.
