If your practice or lab is using a whitelisting network security policy based on IP addresses you will need to ADD IP 104.45.193.253 to the whitelist before April 20th, 2024, so that your cloud service is not disrupted. Please see more details in the FAQ below. Please do not hesitate to contact 3Shape Support for any questions/assistance.

The update will happen on April 20th, 2024.

Can I use my 3Shape Cloud services during the update?

Yes, it will be possible to use 3Shape cloud services on April 20th, 2024. However, a degradation in sending and receiving cases via 3Sshape Communicate can occur. The cases that fail to be sent/download, will need to re-send/download once the IP address change is set.

Who will be affected by this update?
