3Shape introduced the innovative and powerful all in-one software solution for clear aligner analysis, setup & staging, and production preparation on the 2019 release of Ortho system, under the treatment tab. 

After clicking upon the clear aligner icon in ortho analyzer the customer will be taken through the workflow steps to accomplish the clear aligners production. 

Including: 

• Setting up the planes 
• Segmenting the model 
• Creating a Dental Arch Analysis based on the sum of all teeth widths combined. 

• Creating a design of the ideal setup using the different tools of the virtual setup tab. 
• Subdividing the ideal setup designed on sub-setups that will be each clear aligner tray , and generating an animation of the whole process. 

Besides all these mentioned above it includes many more tools that will facilitate the whole process.
