How to reset your 3Shape Account password

You must have an already created 3Shape Account.  If you are looking for how to set-up a new account, see here.

How to reset your 3Shape Account password

Step 1: Access https://identity.3shape.com/Account/ForgotPassword through your preferred browser.

Step 2: Enter your 3Shape Account email and press Submit.

Step 3: An email will be sent to the provided email address with a link to complete the password reset request. You must use the same email address associated with your 3Shape Account.

Step 4: Once the password has been reset, make sure to update your password in the 3Shape software as well.
