How to enable Ivoris integration with 3Shape Unite

NB: If you had Ivoris Integration activated before 20/03/2023,with the Upgrade to Unite II you will need to re-install Ivoris Integration app. To check, go to Unite Store and make sure that Ivoris Integration is listed in installed Apps.

Prerequisites for the integration:

  • 3Shape Unite 21.1.x or newer. 
  • Ivoris analyze 8.2.29.X or newer. 
  • 3Shape Unite client Ivoris should be installed on the same computer.  
  • Both standalone and client-server setups are supported, see Known Limitations.

3Shape Unite and Ivoris (PMS) integration provides automation of Patient Management in 3Shape Unite from Ivoris (Create, merge, and update patient) for faster and easier managing of patient data.  Read more about Ivoris here.

How to enable the integration in Ivoris

Please consult Ivoris documentation. The following steps are provided as an aid to set up and use the integration in Ivoris software.

 Open Ivoris > go to Röntgenauftrag/Datenabgleich (triangle icon on the screenshot) and select 3Shape Dental Desktop > Ok.

After clicking OK, 3Shape Unite will start and create a new patient or open an existing case.

You have now set up the integration: 

Known limitations

  • To leverage integration on TRIOS MOVE, Ivoris client should be installed on the same device. TRIOS MOVE should be part of client-server installation. 
  • Patient updates are only propagated from Ivoris to 3Shape Unite. Not the other way around.
