No Manufacturer and Machine reflected in the 3Shape Unite order form

When attempting to work on a TRIOS Design Studio case that will be sent to a Milling machine, the Machine and Manufacturer are not reflected in the Order Form:

Please proceed to follow the instructions below:

1. Verify the Machine and Manufacturer fields are enabled in the order form settings in More > Settings > General > Order form.

After changes are saved, the Machine tab will appear for In-house workflow.
