How to enable Invisalign integration in Unite

Conditions for Invisalign integration

• Must have an approved TRIOS scanner (only P12, P13 and TRIOS 3) and registration on 3Shape Communicate portal;
• Must be an official Invisalign® Provider and have a registered Invisalign account;
• Sign up for the course on https://www.3shapeacademy.com/signup/learn/register;
• Must have completed mandatory training and passed the certification questionnaire.

Countries where TRIOS scans are not approved for Invisalign:

American Samoa

China

Costa Rica

Federated States of Micronesia

Guam

Iran

Japan

Marshall Islands

Northern Mariana Islands

Palau

Puerto Rico

United States

United States Minor Outlying Islands

United States Virgin Islands

How to integrate accounts

Step 1: Go to 3Shape Communicate portal and login.

Step 2: Select the Integrations tab, find Invisalign and click Integrate accounts.

Step 3: Enter the six-digit confirmation code that you will have received after completing the Invisalign course and questionnaire (scoring 80% or higher) on 3Shape Academy. Check the box to confirm you attended training.

Step 4: Enter your Invisalign® User Name and Password, and login.

Step 5: Once you've logged in you will be returned to the 3Shape Communicate portal. The Invisalign® integration status will automatically change to Enabled.

 

Step 6: The Invisalign connection will appear in the Unite software. You can verify this in the Installed Apps section of the Unite Store.
