Warranty for TRIOS Education Systems

Education licenses are to be used exclusively for training and education purposes by schools, universities, or training centers. The name of the university / school and contact person is required at the order placement. 

TRIOS Education System warranty

All EDU systems have 1-year warranty included as default, and 2-years additional warranty is available - please contact your local reseller to purchase.

During the warranty period, 3Shape will replace or repair the TRIOS Education System if malfunctioning due to a manufacturing defect. The product should have been working as designed at the educational institution / reseller site prior to the problem being experienced. Thus, Educational Systems are not covered under the same extended warranty terms as subscribers to the TRIOS Care service plan.
