Returning cases to manufacturing
21/10/2024This article shows you how to return cases to manufacturing.
Returning a case to manufacturing may be needed when if you have accidentally selected the wrong cases as complete or quick shipped.
1)Case Flow > Manufacturing Manager > Ready for Clients tab
2) Select cases to return to production/manufacturing
3)Actions > Return to manufacturing
4) Click "OK"
