How to enable Weborder integration with 3Shape Unite
07/11/2023Prerequisites for the integration:
- 3Shape Unite 21.1.x or newer.
- Weborder application installed.
- Both standalone and client-server setups are supported, see Known Limitations.
3Shape Unite and Weborder (PMS) integration provides automation of Patient Management in 3Shape Unite from Weborder (Create, merge, and update patient) for faster and easier managing of patient data. Read more about Weborder here.

How to enable the integration in Weborder
To enable the integration in WebOrder, please consult WebOrder documentation. The following steps are provided as an aid to set up the integration in WebOrder software.
- In WebOrder navigate to "Settings" :
- Go to “3Shape koppeling” tab and enter your Weborder integration credentials (username and password) from 3Shape Unite.
- Save changes in WebOrder.
4. When you navigate to "Cases", 3Shape case tab will appear:
You have now set up the integration:
Known limitations
- Patient updates are only available from WebOrder to 3Shape Unite, not the other way around.
