Resolving "Incomplete or Invalid Order" Arriving from Implant System in Dental Manager TRIOS Inbox

The following error may appear when receiving an order from Implant Studio in the Dental Manager TRIOS Inbox:

"Incomplete or invalid order. Message code 30:73. Title: - AbutmentKitID for the abutment is empty. Description: AbutmentKitID for the abutment on tooth "x" is empty. Additional message: Not possible to add an abutment on tooth "x", because the implant system with Manufacturer="y", System="z" and PartType="a" is not found in materials." 

Cause

This issue occurs when the implant system used in the Implant Studio order is not available in “Dental System Control Panel”.

Resolution

Step 1: Open "Dental System Control Panel".

Step 2: Go to "Implant Systems".

Step 3: Verify that the implant system used in the received order is available.

Step 4: If the implant system is missing, import them.

Step 5: Ask the sender to resend the order, or reimport the order after the implant system has been added.
