Resolving "Incomplete or Invalid Order" Arriving from Implant System in Dental Manager TRIOS Inbox
08/11/2023The following error may appear when receiving an order from Implant Studio in the Dental Manager TRIOS Inbox:

Cause
This issue occurs when the implant system used in the Implant Studio order is not available in “Dental System Control Panel”.
Resolution
Step 1: Open "Dental System Control Panel".
Step 2: Go to "Implant Systems".
Step 3: Verify that the implant system used in the received order is available.
Step 4: If the implant system is missing, import them.
Step 5: Ask the sender to resend the order, or reimport the order after the implant system has been added.
