Site FTP Inbox settings in Dental System Control Panel are inactive (cannot be modified)

FTP Inbox settings for any lab/manufacturer site in Dental System Control Panel are grayed out and cannot be modified.

Root cause: encryption on the dongle prevents from modifying FTP site settings.

Solution: please contact support@3shape.com to verify if the encryption can be removed.

• if the encryption is removed from the Dongle, you won't be able to open previous orders from the Manufacturer which had been encrypted before.
