The Product Catalog Transition Tool will be available by July 31st!

The Transition Tool was temporarily been disabled due to customer feedback. 

Based on your suggestions, we improved the transition process:

1. The deadline to transition has been extended to give you more time to enter your items, get support when needed, and get accustom to the New Product Catalog.  
2. The “Complete Transition” button has been removed
3. Transition information within the LMS software is more detailed
4. Case entry reminder message updated 
5. Custom pricing will transition
6. Custom pricing of previously transitioned items will automatically update the first time the transition tool is used
7. Information on how to provide feedback to our Product Development Team provided

Labs will be notified by email that the tool is being reactivated the week of July 14th. Once the Transition Tool is available again, the LMS team will reach out to answer any questions you might have.

Help Center articles about the transition tool will be updated to reflect the changes and links will be provided in the email. We urge you to review the material before transitioning any items.
