Editing an Existing Pricebook

This article will show you how to edit an existing Pricebook. If an item is made inactive on a Pricebook, it will be inactive on all of linked Client Pricelists. If an items price is updated, it will also update on the linked Client Pricelists, except for items with custom pricing on the Clients' Pricelists. Custom Pricing for clients must be edited in each Client's pricelist.

Go to Billing > Price Management > Pricelists

  1. Click on the name of the Pricebook you want to edit 

    2.   Click “Edit” 

 

    3. From here you can edit:

  • The Pricebook name by typing over the Pricebook Name
  • Automatic Shipping & Handling Fees by entering price in the box
  • Automatic Discount by entering price in the box
  • The item price by entering the new price in the box 
  • The “Active” status of an item for only clients linked to the Pricebook -  to toggle on & off, click the checkbox under the “Active” column. If the box is checked, the item appears at case entry. If the box is not checked, the item will not appear at case entry for any client linked to this pricebook. 

     4. Click “Update” when finished
