The following list shows the 3Shape features and accessories and the lab scanner models or software they are compatible with.

 

Scanning Software

Scanning in ScanItRestoration and ScanItImpression: D250, D640, D700, D710, D500, D750, D800, D810, D850, D900, D900L.

Scanning in ScanIt Dental: D500, D700 (s/n ≥ c0915xxxx), D700 (s/n = Hxxxxxxx), D710
(s/n = dxxxxxxxx), D710 (s/n = Ixxxxxxx), D750, D800, D810, D850, D900, D900L, D1000, D2000, E1, E2, E3, E4, F8.

Scanning in ScanItLibrary: D250, D640, D700, D710, D500, D750, D800, D810, D850, D900, D900L.

Direct scanning in ScanIt Library is not supported for D1000, D2000, E1, E2, E3, and E4 scanners. 
The user should scan the teeth in ScanIt Dental as copings and use these scans to create a new Smile Library.

 

 

Scanning Features

Texture scanning (black & white): D800, D810, D850, E2.

Texture scanning (color): D900, D900L, D1000, D2000, E3, E4, F8.

All-in-One scanning: D2000, F8.

Die in arch scanning: D1000, D2000, E4, F8.

 

Scanning Fixtures and Accessories

Multi-die feeder arm: D710, D810 (supported in ScanItRestoration only).

Passive multi-die fixture: D700, D710, D800, D810 (all require Dental System 2.17.3.0 or higher), D500, D750, D850, D900, D900L, D1000, D2000, E1, E2, E3, E4, F8.

2-cast fixture: all scanner models.

Occlusion setup tool (based on ScanSuite): D500, D700 (s/n = Hxxxxxxx), D710 (s/n = Ixxxxxxx), D750, D800, D810, D850, D900, D900L, D1000, D2000, E1, E2, E3, E4, F8.

Articulator transfer plates: D900L, D750, D850, D1000, D2000, E1, E2, E3, E4, F8.

Transfer podiums (for articulator transfer plates) - F8

Articulator holder: E1, E2, E3, E4.

Articulator plate: F8

Wax-up bridge fixture: all scanner models.

Impression fixture: all scanner models.

Vertical impression fixture: F8

Implant fixture: all scanner models.
