The following error message may appear for Dental System versions 2.16.3.1 - 2.17.2.0
"Empty scan. Ensure the object is in scanner" appears in ScanIt Dental when using Adesso Artex/Ivoclar Vivadent Stratos transfer plates for scanning abutments and post&cores with E-scanners.

To resolve this issue upgrade to Dental System version 2.17.3.0 or above.
