Updating your payment information for your 3Shape LMS subscription

The 3Shape Webshop is now located at my.3shape.com! This article will walk you through how to add or edit the payment method for your 3Shape subscriptions.

*If you updated your payment method to regain access to your LMS site, and still can't log in, please email support@3shape.com with the subject line “No Access to LMS after Payment Method Updated” and include your lab name, subscription number, who to contact and their phone number.

1) Go to my.3shape.com. Log into your 3Shape account & select your 3Shape Company. Note: If you are a member of more than one company, make sure to select the correct account. 

2) The “Profile” page will open after you log in. Scroll down to “PAYMENT METHOD” and click on your preferred payment method.  Please note, payment method may vary depending on your country. See details below.

3) Once you've entered the payment information, click the SAVE button.

Credit Card:
 

ACH Direct Debit:

• Credit card (Australia, North America, and in Europe: UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland)
• SEPA (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland)
• BACS - Direct Debit (for the UK only)
• ACH - Direct Debit (for the North America only)
