"Stream read error" when opening Dental Manager or Dental System Control Panel

Description of the issue

When trying to open Dental Manager or Control Panel below error is shown and software is closed.

Root of issue: No free space on a local disk (it might be a different disk where Dental System is located)

Affected versions: Potentially all

Solution: Free some space on the full disk
