How to access and download your invoices

This article explains how to access and download invoices for your 3Shape subscriptions in the self-service portal. 

Please note: If your subscription is managed by a reseller, you will need to contact them to receive an invoice.

To download your invoice, follow the steps: 

1. Log in to 3shape self-service portal here, or click Sign In in the webshop.

2. After logging in, click on the profile icon and select Billing in the menu. You can also access the billing page directly through this link.

3. On the billing page, you will see a list of all your invoices. Click on the download icon in the right column to download an invoice.
