How to enable MethoDent – FairSoft integration with 3Shape Unite

3Shape Unite and MethoDent - FairSoft (PMS) integration provides automation of Patient Management in 3Shape Unite from MethoDent - FairSoft (Create, merge, and update patient) and allows you to open TRIOS directly from the patient chart in MethoDent for faster and easier scanning. Prerequisites for the integration:

• 3Shape Unite 21.1.x or newer. 
• MethoDent - FairSoft 10.21.2.x or newer. 
• MethoDent client and 3Shape Unite must be installed on the same computer. 
• Both standalone and client-server setups are supported.

How to enable the integration in Unite

How to enable the integration in MethoDent – FairSoft

When you install MethoDent PMS, integration with Unite will be already enabled. In case you face any issues, please contact MethoDent Support.

Known limitations:

• To leverage integration on TRIOS MOVE, MethoDent client should be installed on the same device. TRIOS MOVE should be part of client-server installation.
• Patient updates are only propagated from MethoDent to 3Shape Unite. Not the other way around.
