E-scanners and Ortho System Compatibility

E1,E2,E3 compatibility

E1, E2, E3 are supported only with Ortho System 2015-1 patch 9 or higher. They are not compatible with older versions of Ortho System as well as Scan Suite older than 10.1.0.

Regarding the compatibility with other software: E scanners + Scan Suite 10.1.0 are supported only with Dental System 2.16.4.0 and higher.

E4-series compatibility

E4-series support has been introduced with OS 2019-1 patch 3 (1.8.1.3) and above.

E4-series support scanning with SID 2.1.3.0 and above which, consequently, requires the update of Ortho 3rd Party Scanner Import subscription version from 1.*.*.* to 2.*.*.*  in Dongle Administration Tool. 

E4-series RED compatibility

E-series RED scanners are supported with OS 2020.1, 1.9.3.2, SID 2.1.6.1, Scan Suite 11.2.2.0, or later.
